Chromatic scales are made up entirely of half steps.
They go up and down, using every key, black and white. They may begin on any note of the piano.
FINGERING RULES
A) Use 3 on each black key.
B) Use 1 on each white key, except when two white keys are together (no black key between), then use 1 – 2, or 2 – 1.
