Music Lessons | Sutherland Shire

After an introduction lesson, subsequent lessons are purchased in multiple of 5 lesson vouchers. Payment for this must be made by the end of the first lesson of the voucher otherwise all lessons will cease. Late payments will incur a $5 surcharge.
Vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for 4 months from the date of purchase. One (1) voucher to be used per each student.
Notice of at least 24 hours must be given to cancel a lesson. The consequence is to forfeit that lesson if you fail to do so.

You may cancel a lesson once (1) without being penalized within your 5 lesson voucher. This is provided you have given us at least 24 hours notice.

Whether or not you hold a current voucher (that is, you are in between purchasing a new voucher), if you book a lesson and cancel that will be deemed as a cancellation. Please inform us at the end of your 5 lesson voucher if you are not continuing lessons or not attending the following week.

A cancellation includes when you verbally tell your teacher or telephone/email to inform us you are not attending the lesson the following week.

If you cancel a lesson and do not rebook within two weeks, we will give away your time slot if it is requested by another student. Subsequent lessons will be arranged around our available time.
Do Re Mi Studios books must be purchased for use in the lessons and are non-refundable. Permission will be needed for photocopies you wish to make.

CDs (contained with the books), will be replaced at a cost of $10. Texts are replaced at original prices.
Students’ instruments must not be left at Do Re Mi Studios premises as we do not have storage facilities. Furthermore, Do Re Mi Studios does not take responsibility for any damage caused to instruments.

For your own safety, members/relatives/friends are prohibited to play games (e.g. tag/chase etc) at Do Re Mi Studios premises at all times. If you choose to do so, it is at your own risk.
